1. What is your habit personality type?

2. Why did you sign up for this class?

I signed up because I would like to learn a bit more about the science behind behavior/routine in a practical, hands-on format.

3. What has been your most consistent good habit?

I've been making a conscious effort to not be around noise all the time. Between radio, tv, Spotify, podcasts, social media, and the entire internet in general it's easy to just have white noise everywhere all the time. I took off all notifications on my iPhone and that's been the best decisions I've made all month. I'm working hard to turn off the radio when I drive, not constantly look at my phone, etc. so I can reflect more on how my actual day is going, focus on my work, and be more intentional with the people that I'm around.
