This was a fun project! It would make a great winter craft for kids.
I decided to use a gluten free flatbread for the base, since the white chocolate is pretty sweet.
I then added the melted chocolate chips for the snowman base.
And finally I added the fun candy bits to make the face, arms and buttons.
After letting Mr. Snowman firm up overnight in a cold room, I was ready to take a taste!
Oooh! That was good! I liked the bread with the sweet chocolate.
This was my first bite, but it wasn't my last.
Poor Mr. Snowman!
Thanks, Allison, for a fun class!
