Rock Poster Design: From Concept Development to Execution

Hey Thomas - Great start with your illustration. I'm curious to know about your plans for incorporating type for the event details. Also, I'd like to hear more about your ideas of how to merge "st. patty's day" with hip-hop through this illustration. Looking forward to seeing your progress on this!

Thanks for the feedback I invested some time in how to mold the hip hop style into the design. I tried pulling some inspiration from the styles of some street-wear brands and make it look more iconic.

I have been working with a local Hip-Hop Collective over the last few years.
cutcamp.com Emcees, producers, DJ's, artists, and creative individuals alike: we are simply a collective with like-minded interests from Indianapolis.
We are doing a St. Patricks day show and we want to design something that can merge the typical St. Paddys day bar audience with the more tradional hip-hop audience.
