Customer Satisfaction Devices

I'll do three things to increase customer satisfaction:

  1. I’ll respond to emails faster.
  2. I’ll be positive and polite to my customers.
  3. I’ll install an automated system asking my customers for feedback and I will pay close attention to what they say, like or dislike.
