My hair is thick with a thin density (probably from getting a keratin treatment about a year ago), it's curly and a little porous, the overall condition is ok but it could be better.
Since my hair is more oily than dry I am going to implement the following things into my routine:
*limit chemical damage (no more unnatural keratin treatments!)
*invest in good quality products and tools (specifically designed for dry hair, high heat & short time is better)
*steer clear of silicones
*keep my hair in a braid / pony tail in bed and during workouts (or just limit the time my hair is blowing around)
*protect against environmental damage (avocado oil has a natural SPF)
*no silicones!
*use luke warm water when washing hair - not hot
