Creating new habits

Firstly I would like to say that this is a very good class it has helped me understand how to improve my daily routine. It is interesting how unproductive habits creep up on us over the years and it take a conscious effort to make changes.

The habit of having a glass of water first thing in the morning might not seem like anything spectacular, however, it did make me aware of how one action follows another. A good breakfast was not an issue for me because that is something I have always done. Morning exercise however, is a different matter. 

Most days I have house chores to get through before I can settle to anything else. An exercise routine doesn't seem to be sustainable for me. However, I am determined to change that and introduce something into my morning routine that resembles exercise. Dance of some kind has always been my go to for exercise and so that is what I am working on now. Some kind of short dance routine that doesn't require much effort, however, it will be what is needed to add to the morning routine. 

Thank you for compiling this class. It was enjoyable.
