Creating a Framework for Fitness

Though I have been successful at integrating fitness into my life, it is the higher aspirations that have eluded me. After getting a strong grip of basic exercises, I have floundered at establishing a coherent and organic structure for measuring and moving my fitness forward in the weight room, and in cardio terms.

I strongly believe in adding exercises over time so that one can progress with an understanding of the purpose and place of an exercise, however this has also left me with undue apprehension when building up a fitness regiment. My project is to overcome these obstacles and have a framework that will allow me to move forward for the next year.
