Create with a Calm Mind

Hello, all, I just completed the July Challenge and my course is "Create with a Calm Mind". 

I am in the process of creating two sequels : Eat with a Calm Mind for busy minds and Get Fit with a Calm Mind for the Busy Mind.  Both courses on how to identify barriers and create healthy habits for folks who have little time (or at least they think they have no time), always on the go, and need practice efficient tips.  

Please enroll in my first course and provide me feedback. It will help me develop the sequels to fit your needs.
