Creamy Butter

Butter, something that I have used all my life and yet never thought of making it. This class was and eye opener of how easy and delicious it is to make butter. I have gone with a more class butter. I dicided to make plain butter being that I am not a big fan of flavored butter. The method that I used was shaking the masson jar being that I had help from my brother and my nephew. Not so bad when you have help. Otherwise I would have used the blender. I didn't add any cutler and I put the butter in a small ramekin.
