Here is my dream chocolate bar: cranberry & Peruvian sea salt, 75% cacao.
I also made a bar with the same ratio of cacao to sugar, but chose to add coconut & sea salt instead of cranberry. This one turned out pretty tasty as well, but my personal favorite combo is cranberry & sea salt.
Once you've let your bars sit in the fridge for 20 minutes, you're ready for the best step in the process: eating your chocolate!
