Hello! I am Juliana and married to a two Michelin starred chef. Usually, it's me cooking 90% of the time but I am not very good at baking. I took up the challenge to get better at food photography with my blog - and I just bought myself a DSLR!
Baking has always been my weak spot, but with this project I am starting to realise how much fun it can be and how much I can do with the oven and making snacks for parties or aperitif.
I spent all day on this and clearly need alot more practice with the manual settings, editing and food styling in general!
My cooking adventures also documented on Instagram @chickenscrawlings
Blueberry chocolate chip muffins

Cream Spinach Filo cups
Still trying to get the background blur and figuring out the best manual settings. My camera's aperture with the current lens can only go as low as f4.5 and working on the reflector and lighting without creating those shadows.
