Consistency is key

I have reached a point where I need to refine my choices of food and exercise, so that they fit my daily routine better. I would like to take care of my body with love and attentiveness for at least 21 days by

- being vegeterian

- eating 30-50 % raw food

- exercising 3+ times a week

- engaging in a self-care activity, like self-massage, sauna, reflexology, Reiki, bath, etc at least once a week

- meditating for 15+ minutes every day
