Consistency, Not letting Life get in the way...

A few years ago, I got down to my goal weight. Then life change, my last year of colleged started back up, I got no sleep, only exercise I got was swing dancing once a week and the campus food options were horrible.

Now I finally have my life organized, I want to get back to what I was doing.

My Diet:

A.I need to get back to my 5 300 calorie meals with a lot of protein, it worked well and kept me full.

B. I need to sip water to fight the mindless eating.


A. I need to regularly work out and lift weights, create a schedule and stick to it.

B. I need to find a winter acitivity. In the summer I play tennis and interval train but I'm clueless to find a greate exercise in the winter that challenges my mind and body at the same time.

I can do this!
