Consistanty... I will work out for 1 hr 5 days a week for a month straight.

I will utelize the the work gym to work every night after work , I will slowly cut sugars from my diet. I will take any weight loss I can acheive but the consistanecy of going to the gym will be my reward. I know if I stick to the regiment mentioned above I will achieve the weight loss.

My Goal is to frequent the Gym 5 times a week and work out for an hour.
