I realized two different things that will help me out would be to have a consistent schedule as well as to have different profiles for my different projects.  That way, anything I would use my computer for recreationally is on another account I would need to log into.  With that much inconvenience, it would take more than just a simple loss of focus, but instead, a more adamant decision.  I have found, when working, that having certain programs or files unavailable at certain parts of the day helped me keep from being distracted.

I've already been implementing affirmations to myself for quite some time and they definitely work!

This was an interesting class.
