Commitment to Self-Care

This I promise to myself:


1) The first 15 minutes of everyday will be my time to simply be.

2) I will get at least 30 minutes of movement, three times a week.

3) I will get the amount of sleep my body needs.

4) I will have alone time to reflect.

5) I will laugh at least once a day.
