Coffe Table Before&After

COFFEE TABLE BEFORE & AFTER

As I already mentioned I NEED a new coffee table. But using Justina's tricks & tips even this old IKEA LACK can come to the life and shine. I love using trays to give small goods place to be seen without looking cluttered. By adding books with color and patterns the birch color of the table disappears a bit. I decided to use a plant instead of flowers today, just so add some green. The brass swan and the golden studs add the bling factor. And the union Jack frame some pattern.

BEFOR PICS Of 5 KEY AREAS

1. My Coffee Table

It's obvious that I need a new coffee table. This IKEA LACK is now so old and maybe it was cool 10 years ago but know it's time for something grown up. :) I have already couple of accessories, so with the new table the tray and deco is probably going to look much better.

2. My Bed

Our bed needs some new bedding and some more accent pillows with cool colors & patterns.

3. My Sofa

Here we need some new pillows and some art on the wall.

4. My Bookshelf

This is an old IKEA Billy bookshelf. I have painted it white and have added some separating panels. Looks much stylish, but it needs to be organized.

5. My Dresser

I love my dresser and actually I love how it looks like but it needs some structure. Maybe some plants or sculptures.

8 PRINCIPALS OF INTERIOR STYLING

This room is perfectly syled. It great to see how Emily Hendersnon combines the pattern of the pillows with the color of the sofa.  The plants adds so much life to space. And using the maroccan rug as texture detail gives the whole room depth. Here and there are some bling elements like the bras accent table or the coffee table legs. The big credenza gives some shape to Bri's livingroom and the coffee table organizes the small home accessoires.
