ABSTRACT MOVIE POSTER - ROCKY

Class Project 3: Explorative Design - image 10 - student project

I decided to take one of my ideas from Herd of Shapes, and use that as the famous Philadelphia steps to create a simple abstract poster for Rocky. I will most likely make a slightly more textured version of this in the future but just wanted to show its simplicity.

This was an excellent class as it particularly taught me how to experiment with simple shapes to create better works; and learned so much about all the different constraints in design and how to manage them effectively.

Please let me know what you think, any suggestions for further improvement would be appreciated. Don't be afraid to ask any questions about my selections, and I'd be happy to discuss. :)

Thank you for reading this.
