I made the meatballs and sauce from Dan's videos. Here's how they came out. I think I went a little too heavy with my dollop of Ricotta but they were delicious! I finished them off with some of the left over fresh parsley and some freshly grated parmesan reggiano.
My plan is to try a Carribean Jerk meatball next with ground pork, allspice, and pepper jack chunks served with a sweet mango sauce.
