Using a limited palette really helped to make it easier. I shot my reference photo today on a stroll in the forest, then I used Adobe capture to help me pick out a balance palette. Almost in the beginning when using a watercolor brush in Sketchbook I realized that the light wash looked much more like the mood I wanted to share. The colors are energizing but not too saturated wich also makes the whole picture a sense of calming effect on me. Much like how the forrest is energizing and calming at the same time. I am a beginner on digital art and I have some problem getting the saturation balanced. But it feels like this was a big step forward!
