Chop-N-Chicken

Name of the shop:

Chop-N-Chicken

Background:
Mom & Pop, Small, Fast Food with little seating, Healthy Homemade, Family-owned

Style/Vision/Concept:
For my concept, I want to incorporate an imagery of a chicken (surprise, surprise) within the type. I plan to style it by breaking the type into pieces as if it had been chopped up. It might be literal but I think it’ll be memorable and light-hearted to match the fast-food feel. I want to take a friendlier approach to address the family aspect of the restaurant. I want something a little rougher or less sleek since the focus of this shop is homey, healthy foods, and nothing fried.

I like the rough texture and how jagged style of the pepper icon.

I like the looseness and flexibility in the type. It's fun and energetic and incorporates an image of 'two friends and a bowl of salsa'.

I want to use the style of stencil type to break up my letters in the logotype.
