Chinese Pumpkin Cake

Please follow the steps describe in my class and you will be able to make your own healthy Chinese Pumpkin Cake.


Pumpkin - 600 gm (Shredded)

Dried Shrimp - 25 gm (Minced) 

Dried Radish - 100 gm 

Shallots - 5 pcs (Sliced)

Flour Mixture:

Rice Flour - 300 gm 

Potato / Tapioca Flour - 1 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 1/2 tsp

Water - 750 ml


White Pepper - Some

Five Spice Powder - Some
