Chef Prep List

Objective: Develop an individual prep list that can be used to manage the weekly assignment of items for production

  • Input from a database of recipes
  • Input of events for week with recipes and quantities into a "master" list
  • Assignment of sub-recipes (one level below recipe) to individual chefs on specific days(incl. multiple steps)
  • Checkoff on completion
  • Report highlighting estimated vs. actual times and documenting completion
