Changes that can stay

I have never had a problem changing habits, and losing weight... the problem is that the changes I make never stay for too long, and then it becomes a cycle. Recently I had lost up to 92 pounds, and over the last 3 months I have gained about 50 of those pounds back. I want to not be in this loop forever, I want to break out of it... and make changes that stick.


1. Find changes that I can maintain that will stick for a lifetime

2. Find an exercise routine that I can stick to that wont become stale, or something I hate

3. eat properly and in the right amounts for weight loss and all around fitness

That's it really, after these three I think I can do anything pretty much. 

I signed up for a 5k and I am on week for of C25K.
