Change my destiny

'Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become you actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.'

I've been dieting, on and off, since I hit puberty. I've been at various stages of fat: fat and ok, fat and happy, fat and self-loathing. Even when a diet was successful, I always got bored of it and gave up before I'd reached a goal weight. Now I'm lighter and healthier than I have been since I was a child. I'm feeling really good about myself and I'm not even down to the normal BMI range. This is the part where I usually give up.

So this is my main goal:

1) Stick with my healthy eating and exercise programme. Make this who I am, not just something I'm doing now for a temporary self-esteem boost.

I'm not a fat girl on a diet, forcing herself to the gym: I'm a fit girl doing what she loves.

The two milestones I'm working towards for now are:

2) Get down to 10st 4 lbs.

3) Do a pull-up.
