Chai Latte Milk Stout

I am very new to the world of beer, having only started drinking it about 3 months ago, so when I say that I have no idea what I am talking about, I mean it.  I have never brewed or even seen the brewing process done before, but I knew that I would find it quite interesting and motivating to test more and more different flavors.

For my dream beer, I would like to infuse the flavors of one of my favorite drinks, a Chai Tea Latte. It is typically a bit of a spicy tea, with cinnamon and peppercorn flavors, topped off with cream and sugar to make a cozy cup of tasty heaven.

I am not certain, but I would believe that in the Hot Side, I would add: Star Anise, Clove, Allspice, Cinnamon Bark, Peppercorns and Cardamon. Not sure what or how much, but add some sort of lactose for a bit of sweetness.

For the Cold Side, I would steep a black tea leaf (maybe ceylon) for about a day. Not sure how strong the flavor would end up being, but I don't want to tea to over power the spices.

If I ever get my hands on supplies and really get a hang of simple recipes, I would love to experiment with these ingredients and someday attempt this brew. Until then, I'll just have to keep my eyes open for something like it.
