Thanks for another inspiring class, Evgeniya! It's been a long time since I played around in Photoshop so much. I know this piece is a bit dense, but I'm mostly pleased with how it came out. Unfortunately the clock centerpiece was much lower in quality than the other assets - I hope it's not too noticeable. I chose the name 'Centurial' because the fossil, the clock, the banding of the wood all suggest the slow creep of time.

The large fossil illustration was definitely my favorite part of the piece - the subtle shading and cracks in the fossil were rendered so beautifully. I think it's visually interesting even without any of the other elements, just the border.

I also loved the plant cell structure outline - I turned it into a Photoshop brush and will definitely use it for other projects. It think it looks interesting juxtaposed with the fossil, especially in a bright color like pink.
