Calming and soothing guided meditation

Hi Lauren,

I felt very calm after practicing your guided breath meditation. Initially it was hard to focus on breathing. Monkey mind was wandering here and there. But after couple of minutes i could feel the air coming and going out of nostrils. Felt very relaxed after that. 

Thank you for such a calming and relaxing guided mediation. 

Looking forward to do it every day. The best way to start and end the day.
