Calisthenics Transition

I want to learn how to transition between calisthenics moves by catching the bar with my knees. I've tried this two times before, but I always quit because of the fear in my head and my lack of motivation. 

After watching these lessons I'm motivated more and I want to go and see what I make out of it this time.


My goal is to do this transition on the high bar, at least two times in a row.
