i started 'running' on Jan 5 - my body and brain has never wanted to pound the pavements running before!  so far i've done 3 'runs' a week and totalled 20.8k in 2 hours 19mins, giving me a running pace of 8.9 kph.  i'm proud of my and my mini progress :D  

i'm finding running really really hard and think i'll stick to making 3 runs a week, rather than punishing myself and trying to say i'll do it every day or nearly every day.
