Business Model

1. List the assets you have or will acquire

A. A SaaS based platform that provides an easy process for marketers to publish multimedia sales apps. 

B. A simple way for sales reps to share the connected apps that marketers produce an grow independent content channel with their prospects and customers. Marketer can review the results of what content is used and begin producing content against the demand.

C. The presentation of the output of the app has an open non-linear navigation style so reps can move beyond the linear (pitch-based) presentation structure and facilitate a conversation.

2. List the human resources you will contribute or hire.

I have hired an international award winning digital agency, a team of designers, developers and acct reps and have many mentors from Microsoft, Adobe, IBM.

3. Describe who your customer is and what the customer gets from doing business from you

We sell to any company with a variety of products. Our current focus is in Medical device, technology and insurance. 

4. And finally, outline what part of this is hard, which part is unique, and how you're going to repeat it again and again.

It is hard to produce apps. It is unique to have visibility of content usage across multiple devices and content intellegence that informs you of the relationship between content usage and sales success.  Our platform is "stupid, simple" to use so we can attract everyone and we discrupt high-level agency work by putting a scalable and centralized publishing platform in the hands of content experts.
