January 15, 2013 -- "Lift relatively heavy things"
Okay, okay... I listened to Module 1 and I know that before/after photos have their issues. Still, since I've been lifting weights in some capacity for about six months now, I thought the best way for me to start off this class was to go back and assess where I am now.
As it turns out, I look fine! My arms, scrawny as they are, are much more well-muscled than they were a year or so ago. My hips are wide but not as disproportionate as I was expecting. I see a slim figure that could benefit from putting on some muscle.
The one thing that could definitely use some work... that butt.
