Brunchy Rosemary Biscuits

I had a lot of fun making these biscuits, and they were so easy! My daughter woke me up early before everyone else in the house recently on a Saturday morning, and I thought the perfect opportunity presented itself to make Dani's tasty biscuits. I had everything I needed except for the buttermilk- I used an almond milk/lemon juice homemade buttermilk substitution. My hope was to make some bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, so I thought the rosemary sounded perfect as an addition. I didn't have any fresh rosemary on hand, so I used dried. I look forward to using fresh next time, though! I also drizzled some honey on some, and the mixture of sweet and savory was delicious. Overall, this is a great quick recipe that I'll be sure to use again.
