CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Always be ready for an on-the-spot weekend brunch with these classic buttermilk biscuits. In this class you learn how easy it can be to mix up a homemade batch of biscuits to bake now or freeze for a quick pop in the oven later. I’ll even share a couple of my favorite ways you can customize your biscuits with sweet or savory add-ins.

No previous baking experience required.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

It’s your turn to prep your freezer with some of these brunchy basics. Whether they’re square, round or shaped like stars, go classic or add-in your own flavors to personalize your biscuits and let us see how they turned out!

DELIVERABLES:

Upload some pictures of your finished biscuits to the project page to show off your new baking skills. Let us know what add-ins you’ve put in to personalize your biscuits.

Extra points if you host a brunch this weekend and show us your biscuits with the rest of your spread.
