Here’s my animation! 
I used the moving on a path for the clouds, animation by transformation for the flowers and the liquify tool for the stems swaying in the wind. 

The clouds were a lot whiter and had more texture but it seems that the exporting process changed them a bit! If anyone has any tips for that I’d love to know.
