Bliss floral pattern

Wow I feel like I've learned so much by doing this project.  I've been working mostly in web design since college but this class had me using all sorts of illustration techniques that I've never used before more (including several moments of "how did I not know this years ago?!").  The biggest challenge that I had with this class is that my mac died at the beginning of this project and I've been using my college mac (circa 2007) while the other computer is being worked on so it's been quite the adventure trying to use CS4 for this project.

Onward to the project!  I initially had no idea what I was going to do for this project as the highs are currently around 103 here so there's a major lack of foliage and trees...aren't really my thing.  So by chance, I came across a photo of my wedding bouquet and had a moment realizing that all my favorite flowers were in that, so why not do a pattern based on my bouquet?!  I own the rights to the photographs so most of the illustrations were based on sketches, while a few were traced.  Below are the pieces of my project.
