2013 Fitness Plan

Goal: I want to do my first unassisted pull up in 2013!

What I need to accomplish this:

  • lose fat (aprox 60-70lbs)
  • gain strength (aprox 1-3lbs)

Steps to reach my goal:

  1. CNS style eating (VLC moderated with ocassional "carb night" refeeds)
  2. Daily HIIT (3-4/week) or LISS (3-4/week)
  3. Daily yoga sun and moon salutations
