Perfect Southern Fried Chicken and Biscuits

KELLY!!!!   I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your lesson!!!   I have become a crunchie fryin expert!!!  Ive tried your method on pork chops and now, as we speak, am making Chicken nuggets!!!   I cant cook them fast enough!  With the kids, they will never make it to the table!  I tweeked it a bit and added a packet of the dry ranch dressing mix to my flour.  nummylicious!  THANKS A MILLION!!!

Leighann!!! Your chicken looks SO CRUNCHY!!! I'm so happy that your son loves it!  I truly hope you had a great time and enjoyed learning everything...and even more, I'm hoping that you continue to make your amazing chicken for years to come!  A new family tradition?:)
