Better Body Composition & 10K Run

My goals are to get my body into a healthy space and composition. Additionally, to return to my first love of long distance running, in order to achieve 1st marathon by 35 years hold (currently almost 31).

Better Body Composition

1. Fit comfortably into my size 4 jeans. (by April 1, 2013)

2. Drop my BMI from 25.4 to 20 (by April 1, 2013)

3. Bring my cholesterol levels back in line (by March 1, 2013)

10K Run

1. Complete 3 more 5K Runs (by December 31, 2013)

2. Run a 10K (May 31, 2014)
