I really loved the exercises of visualizing your limiting and uplifting beliefs. I decided to write my limiting beliefs on little clouds so that I can have them pass by, for me it represents passing thoughts which I do not need to act on.
The uplifting beliefs are visualized as a bunch of balloons which can help me fly over obstacles in life, as long as I hold on to them
