Being Better

I started my journey last year, and this year I want to continue it :)

My goals:

  • Eat a healthy, semi-paleo diet - no grains (bar porridge oats), no sugar, tons of delicious vegetables
  • Complete C25K
  • Do more Pilates to help improve my posture
  • Be more active and motivated generally

My ultimate goal is reaching my target weight!
