Becoming Strong!

Getting into strength training for the first time this year. It started with signing up for the Tough Mudder and now I am working to implement a strength training program so that I can tone up, lose fat and just feel better about myself all around. I plan on using the workout plan from New Rules of Lifting for Women.

I also plan to change my eating and water drinking habits. I want to eat a cleaner, more balanced diet that includes much more protein. I also want to increase my water intake to at least 64 oz a day.

This project is a work on process, but hey, so am I!
