Become Captain America

This is my long term goal.  To look like Captain America.  At that point, I would like to rent a really outstanding Captain America costume and go visit kids in the hospital.

Updated:  The plan

Here's how I'm going to achieve my goal.

1) Start an intermittent fasting program - I've been doing this for two weeks and it helps control my appetite, so I think this is a winning proposition for me.

2) Reduce calories.  I need to lose weight.  At this point I'm not so concerned about macros, and I think that simple calorie reduction is the way to go.

3) Weight loss target is to lose 2 lbs per week.

4) Muscle building is important too.  My primary focus is what I call the "Big 4" lifts - Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Pendlay Rows

5) Secondary focus will be to work towards doing at least one unassisted pull up.

6) I have been working out 3 days per week to date, and I will step this up to 6 days per week.  I will have heavier lift days, and then on off days I'll do walking and light jogging.  The main point of stepping up the number of workouts is to keep me focused and to keep the time-slot for working out allocated so I don't switch to something else.
