Be toned (Especially thighs and stomach) *LIKE IN THE PIC* by the end of 2013



Action towards this goal:

  • Work out 5 days a week
  • Eat smaller portions
  • Eat regular meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Don't have binge weekends with alcohol
  • Drink more water

Some positive actions taken already:

  • Got my partner involved with me running at least twice a week
  • Trying to drink more water by carrying around a water bottle
