Be the Person I Want to Be!

I want to feel comfortable and confident.  I want to feel beautiful and date without the insecurities. I want to wear skinny jeans and boots before that adorable trend passes me by (though I may be too late on that one - there is a serious oversaturation of boots right now... right?)!

I want to eat healthy food and feel good.

I want to learn to love (or at least create a habit of) exercise.

I want to be the person I want to be.


1. Exercise 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. (Exercise variety: cardio, weights, yoga)

2. Track my food intake/calories (and in doing so, work on my portions)

3. Drink water (and, really, only water) - 8 glasses a day!

4. 5 fruits/veggies a day

5. 7-8 hours of sleep a night

Big goal that seems way too major to include in goals above:

To lose 80 lbs... yikes.
