Background:

I remember watching Art21 videos in art school and discovering that all the artists featured on there were walking a line between two disciplines. BOYSUE walks that line.  A line between obscure low brow art and fashion. Between folk art and hand bags. Between graffiti and hand sewn garments.

About:

Boysue is a unique fictional character.

Boysue owns a sock factory. He lives by a the ocean at the end of the world. His favorite food is waffles.

BOYSUE grew up tough. Now he’s a BOSS!

Mission:

Groom BOYSUE into a global fashion and character icon through a variety of media and products and excellent marketing. Boysue is both art and fashion. Consumers will find him on many different products. They will gain an understanding of his character through a web comic and short animations. Boysue will start simple by creating tshirts, a collared shirt, appliques on handbags/wallets, socks and toys.

They are white because white is the color of a blank canvas. They serve as a starting point for the brand and lets customers gain familiarity with BOYSUE without the distraction of color. This also leaves color BOYSUE tshirts to be desired.
