BIKINI IN PUBLIC!

Goals:

-Wear a bikini to the beach for the first time ever. =)

-Lose 5 lbs, but mainly focus on my body composition.

-More lifting.

-Eat more fruits, veggies, and protein.

-Go to the gym every day this semester (except for a rest day) while still beasting my schoolwork.

-Show the erg who's boss.

-Stop thinking that I'm never good enough.

-Gain CONFIDENCE about my curves.
