My notes on Atomic Habits:

  1. Getting 1% better everyday counts for a lot in the long run
  2. You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems
  3. Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become
  4. Reduce friction - decrease the number of steps between you and your good habits
  5. Use temptation bundling - pair an action you want to do with an action you need to do
  6. Use a habit tracker - keep track of your habit streak and don't break the chain
  7. Never miss twice - when you forget to do a habit make sure you get back on track immediately
