Astro-Awesome Photography Shoots

Hello!  My name is Marisa Marzilli and I live in Wilmington, NC.  I have enjoyed photography as a hobby for about two years now.  Skillshare is helping me develop specific photo goals I thought I'd have to go back to school for.  I love this website and am very excited about this class!

Project Location:  Green Swamp Preserve Brunswick County, NC

NightSky Info:

I'm planning on going some time next week or the week after between 23-29 of June.

The rain may thwart my attempts, however, Wilmington weather is notoriously fickle.

At midnight on the 23 of June, Vega in the Lyra constellation and Altain of Aquila will be the brightest stars in the sky.

Saturn and Mars will be visible between 10:30 and 11:30.

My tripod will be south-facing as the Milky Way will be brightest toward the Southern hemisphere as well as the stars and planets I'd like to capture.
