Day 12 and 14.  My last two "sharable" pieces.  And I think these are my absolute favorites.  They also go together well.  I think I may frame them and hang them by my desk.   This class has been a wonderful and enlightening experience.  One that has made some fantastic, tangible memories.  Thank you so much!

Days in between 1 and 10 that I have not posted are personal.  But they are powerful.  You will just have to trust me on that.  :)

Day 7 and 10 are below.

Day 3 and 4:

Respond to your day.  Well, I'm not going to try and explain it, but it's a really good representation of that day.  I made it through and headed back up that hill.

Address unkind thoughts.  This was easier.  It really is a vicious cycle for me.  I am always trying to break out, if even for only a little while.

Day 2:  The message came to me, and I listened.

Day 1:  Name a feeling.  It took a while before my word came to me.  The visual that came with it was similar to a bruise that fades over time.  And by the end of my painting, the anxiety had faded.  This really works beautifully for me.  If I sit quietly for a while and simply acknowledge the feeling without reacting to it, I can calm myself and think more clearly.
